Rentflex
Nigerian rent is charged a year or two in advance, in one transfer. Rentflex splits that into monthly instalments: a lending partner pays the landlord the full annual rent, and the tenant repays monthly. Built and run as a side project, it is also where the orchestrated-agent approach gets tested against a real product rather than a demo.
The Problem
Building a regulated lending product solo, at a pace that would normally need a team, without letting security debt accumulate until release.
The Approach
Spec-driven development executed by specialised frontend, backend, QA, DevOps and security agents orchestrated on Claude Code. Infrastructure is Terraform-managed on GCP Cloud Run, delivery runs through GitHub Actions, and Firebase handles app distribution and auth tokens. An agentic security scanner runs continuously across the codebase during development rather than as a release gate.
